Postage Upgrade

Once in the shopping cart page, there are various different types of postage options available, and you may upgrade your postage to a quicker delivery method for an additional cost.

Lost Packages

In the event that your package is not delivered, the PostOffice.co.uk offer a maximum compensation of £36. In this case, a compensation claim would be opened on the customers' behalf and once the compensation process is complete, any moneys issued by the Post Office will be refunded to the customer.

SnowHats.co.uk cannot be responsible for lost packages by the delivery company and therefore will not issue refunds in this case until the compensation claim with the Post Office has been closed.
