Product Availablity

All products are custom designed and hand made. All items advertised on the site are made in advance and the item advertised is the item actually for sale.

Custom made items are available on request, and through discussion with the customer, custom made items can be made to measure.

Due to the differences in monitor color calibration, the color you see may not be completely true of the actual shade. We will make every effort to thoroughly describe the item and color as best as possible.

Payment

All payments made to SnowHats.co.uk are done so using PayPal. Paypal can ensure our customers a safe and secure checkout for all major credit cards, with our without a paypal account.

Return Policy

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days shipment for a refund (less shipping and handling charges of £3) or exchange.

"Design Your Own" or any type of Custom Order may not be cancelled, exchanged or returned for a refund under any circumstances due to the personalized nature of the items.

All returns are sent at the expense of the buyer.

Shipping charges will apply to all exchanges, and must be paid for upfront before the exchanged item(s) can be shipped. In this circumstance, the shipping cost will be calculated and confirmed with the customer.

All returned products must be in their original unused condition and accompanied by the original packing slip. Any scratched, altered, blemished or broken items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or the item(s) were faulty due to fabrication error.
